Education activities in Şanlıurfa/Turkey for Nature Conservation Centre Foundation 

within the scope of the Conservation and Sustainable Management of Turkey’s 

Steppe Ecosystems Project which is carried out collaboratively by the Food and 

Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the Ministry of Agriculture 

and Forestry General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks, 

General Directorate of Plant Production, and General Directorate of Forestry 

with the financial support of the Global Environment Facility (GEF):

  The held in the garden of Şanlıurfa Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, 
  With the participation of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture FAO representative for Turkey, 
  Children made paintings, played a memory game with steppe species and they flew kites.

Hacettepe University, Medical Faculty ‘Social Responsibility Program for Doctors’ 

is a educational program for first year medical students. I worked with a group of 

students in 2021 and supported them in creating characters related to their 

themes ‘Covid-19’ education of elementary school students’

‘Her Çocuk Haklarıyla Doğar’ Kitabı (Every Child is Born With Rights! Books) 

The first 40 articles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Children were illustrated by 41 illustrators from Turkey.

Natura for Youth and City Studies to understand nature through drawing with students at METU (Tür Say!). Facilitated activities where we explored the diversity and ecosystem in nature.
